A 96-flat society in Baner was paying commercial tariffs for lifts, pumps and common lighting — the classic society problem. The committee approved a 25 kW system after we presented a simple three-year cash flow model at the AGM, along with a share-of-benefit proposal.
We installed three arrays on separate wings with dedicated net meters, routed all cabling through covered trays, and coordinated the Adani/MSEDCL net-metering process as the society’s authorised vendor.
Generation is displayed on a common monitor near the lift lobby, and we share a quarterly performance report with the committee before every AGM.
