A Solapur textile unit with continuous motor loads wanted to shield itself from tariff escalation. We delivered a 120 kW rooftop plant across two sheds, with multi-inverter architecture so a single inverter fault never stops the whole plant.
The design includes DC string monitoring, thermal imaging at handover, and a two-point earthing system with lightning protection across both rooftops. Payback was modelled at 3.8 years with accelerated depreciation.
