This Chakan MIDC auto component unit runs two shifts on metal sheds. We engineered a shed-mount 50 kW plant without any additional civil work, using the existing purlin spacing and a non-penetrating clamp system so the roofing warranty stays intact.
The plant includes walkways between rows for safe cleaning, a DCDB and ACDB with proper labelling, earthing at two points and lightning protection. Inverter output is monitored remotely, with generation reports emailed to the plant engineering head every week.
Accelerated depreciation documentation was prepared for the company’s tax filing, and the DISCOM net-metering sanction followed within six weeks.
