Cold storage and agro-processing loads

Nashik’s cold storages, wineries and packaging units run heavy daytime loads with commercial tariffs above ₹9 per unit. A 100 kW rooftop plant typically saves these businesses ₹10–₹12 lakh a year, with accelerated depreciation benefits computed into the payback.

Farm and vineyard irrigation

Grape and onion growers in Niphad, Dindori and Sinnar rely on daytime pumping. PM-KUSUM solar pumps replace diesel sets and unreliable feeders, and we size arrays around real head and acreage rather than advertised HP ratings.

Subsidy support locally

We file PM Surya Ghar applications and follow pipeline and feasibility approvals with the Nashik MSEDCL circle office on behalf of our customers.

Frequently asked questions – Nashik

How much subsidy do I get on rooftop solar in Maharashtra?
Under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, residential consumers get ₹30,000 per kW up to 2 kW and ₹78,000 in total for 3 kW and above. The amount is credited directly to your bank account after installation and net-metering are completed.
How many units does a 3 kW solar system generate per month?
In Maharashtra a well-designed 3 kW rooftop system generates roughly 340–380 units per month across the year, higher in March–April and lower during the monsoon. That typically offsets most or all of a 2–3 BHK household’s consumption.
How long does installation take after I confirm?
Structural work and installation usually take 7–14 days for residential systems once material reaches your site. Net-metering approval and meter installation by MSEDCL typically add 3–6 weeks depending on the circle office workload.
Do you help with the PM Surya Ghar subsidy application?
Yes. We register your application on the national portal with your consumer number, follow up the feasibility approval with your DISCOM, submit the commissioning certificate and track the subsidy until it is credited to your bank account.
What is the difference between on-grid and hybrid solar?
An on-grid system exports surplus power and shuts down during a grid outage for safety. A hybrid system adds a battery bank so you keep running essential loads during outages while still enjoying net-metering credit for exported units.
Can I get a solar loan or EMI?
Yes. We prepare the project report and documentation for solar loans from SBI, Bank of Baroda, HDFC and NBFCs. A 3 kW system works out to roughly ₹2,450 per month over 60 months, which is usually less than the bill it replaces.
How much roof area is needed per kW?
Around 10 m² of shadow-free area per kW for standard modules, plus maintenance clearance. Elevated structures need slightly more spacing so module rows do not shade each other in December.
Do you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes. We audit the existing installation, list defects with photographs and quotes, then take over maintenance under an AMC or perform repairs such as inverter replacement, structure reinforcement or earthing rectification.
